By attending you are not only supporting a charity that requires vital funds to attempt to prevent others dying from the disease but you are also paying a huge tribute to Glenn and supporting his family hosting a day Glenn would be almighty proud of and gutted he is not at – he loved racing, he loved a glass of champagne, good food and time with his family and friends – Glenn loved a good time and loved life…

You will find more information about the day on the Guide to The Day page, this is where you secure you place at the exclusive event – It is strictly a First Come First Service basis on availability of tables.

Tables are solely sold as full tables of ten.  It requires one person to be the ‘Host’ of the table and complete the booking for your table of ten.  The table will be booked in the ‘Host’ name, with the ‘Host’ contact details and payment via the secure Stripe service.  We will hold the ‘Host’ details securely on file, the Jockey Club Catering team will be in touch with the ‘Host’ closer to the time regarding each table’s dietary requirements.  The Newmarket team at the Jockey Club will then post out all the information, tickets and wristband to the ‘Host’ a short time prior to the event date.

Each table of ten includes your entrance badges and wristbands to the event marquees, champagne & music reception, three-course silver service lunch with half a bottle of wine per person, race card, tipster to run through the card, live auction via auctioneers and also via ipads, raffles, in-house entertainment, roaming Tote betting facility, table hosts, full afternoon of racing, and a full afternoon tea – It really will be a day to remember...

Tables are likely to sell quickly, however, if you would like to drop us a line on the Contact Us page to register your interest and how many seats you would like IF there is a table or two not sold closer to the event date we may be able to facilitate putting individuals together on a mixed table of ten via individual seats sold at £250 per ticket.  However, there is no guarantee this will be possible, but we would like to accommodate everyone where we can, if we can.
